Dubai Creek Harbour: The future of living
The Dubai Creek Harbour was the original lifeline of Dubai. It was historically a busy regional hub for trade, fishing, and pearling. As such, it is one of the city’s oldest heritage and where the transformation of Dubai first began.
Being a flagship development of EMAAR and Dubai Holding, the two developers sought to preserve the cultural and environmental aspects of the site while integrating a smart and green city. It combines innovation and design to bring you an area that has residences, shopping complexes, offices, and much more.
The entire area covers 550 hectares of which 820K sq. m. are for malls, 66K sq. m. for cultural space, and 7.3M sq. m. for residential spaces.
Major districts in the Dubai Creek Harbour include The Island District, The Sanctuary District, Retail District, and Urban Core District.

Musical Shadows
Artist: Daily Tous Les Jours
Shadows cast on different tiles trigger different instruments, voices, notes, and melodies, all playing in harmony.
The length of one’s shadow is dependent on position and posture, but also the season, the time of day, and the weather conditions. The result is that a visitor may never quite cast the same shadow twice; it will vary in shape, length, direction, and intensity.
The sounds themselves also change over the course of a day, creating and revealing different melodies in both the Bayati and Hijaz maqam (scale).
Location: Creek Marina Waterfront
There are also community events that are held by the community managers and can be accessed through EMAAR’s One app. Through it, you can access news, events, raise home modification requests, grab an online access card, and obtain move-in permits and renewals.
